GE Proficy iFix v5.5 SCADA system to Siemens WinCC Unified V17

This SCADA system is part of an electroplating line and consists of circa 120 pages of Operator interface. The original iFix system was reverse engineered and redeveloped in Siemens WinCC Unified. iFix Visual Basic scripts were decoded and rewritten using WinCC Unified Javascript.

Recipe, Alarm handling and production reporting was all engineered using WinCC Unified built-in functionality.

The original iFix SCADA communicated with a Siemens S5 controller via the S7A driver. This had been superseded by an S7 controller and now communicates with WinCC Unified via ProfiNet.
